These terms apply to your use of Kibzi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of Kibzi

Kibzi helps compress images under target file sizes. You are responsible for checking the requirements of the website, form, portal, employer, school, marketplace, or service where you upload your image.

No official requirement claims

Kibzi may show common upload-size shortcuts for convenience. These shortcuts are not official requirements from any government, employer, school, marketplace, or other third party.

Kibzi Pro

Kibzi Pro is offered as a lifetime non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple handles purchases, refunds, and payment processing according to Apple's App Store terms.

No accounts or backend service

Kibzi does not provide accounts, photo cloud storage, server-side photo processing, advertising, or analytics services. A small on-device daily free-use counter may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kibzi, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use Kibzi in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

No warranty

Kibzi is provided as is. While the app is built to compress images reliably, no guarantee is made that a compressed image will be accepted by every website or service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kibzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
