Overview
These Terms of Use govern your use of ShineLog. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
App Purpose
ShineLog helps cleaning professionals create local job records, collect before and after photos, capture client sign-off, and generate client-ready PDF reports.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of job details, photos, notes, business information, and reports you create or share. ShineLog is a documentation tool and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or dispute-resolution advice.
Subscriptions
ShineLog Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, payment authentication, and billing are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
Pro Access
Pro features are unlocked when Apple reports an active entitlement to the app. If a purchase is pending, cancelled, refunded, expired, revoked, or cannot be verified by Apple, Pro access may not be available.
Local Data
The app stores your jobs, photos, signatures, business profile details, and generated PDFs locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and backups if needed.
Acceptable Use
Do not use ShineLog to create misleading reports, impersonate another business or client, infringe rights, or violate applicable law.
Limitation
ShineLog is provided as a business productivity tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular legal or business outcome.
